Double Room Available In Quiet 3 Bedroom House

This is the perfect home for soppy dog and cats and Guinea pig lovers. Lovely, comfortable bedroom with king-sized bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a lovely spaceous bath and shower. My home is of 60's build, homely, pet friendly. I Live here with my two dogs, 3 cats and Guinea pigs who are not pets but family members. Therefore please do not be surprised to see dogs on sofas and cats on surfaces. We have a cosy lounge with very comfy leather seating. We have a lovely kitchen space with kitchen one side, leather recliner sofa the other. My gorgeous home is situated in a lovely quiet area which is also very close to amenities. The nearest bus stop is 7 mins walk. The rail way station is 15 mins walk. The local lidls 15 mins walk. Town centre 20 mins. The countryside is 5 mins walk. Best of both worlds. I have available a fresh clean, double room with comfy kingsized bed in friendly shared house situated in quiet location with off road parking if required. Regards smoking, I would tolerate smoking garden but not the rest of the house as I don't smoke. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed and friendly, warm and cosy. Within easy walking distance of all amenities, looking out onto a green. Lovely bright room without the morning sunshine glare. including utilities and wifi. The bedroom furniture includes a kingsized bed and plenty of wardrobes and and drawer space in friendly house. Comfortable lounge and spacious kitchen and garden. 2 friendly and well behaved dogs (labrador and Bichon) and friendly cats. The room I have to rent is at the front of the house. There is plenty of parking. My home is in a lovely, quiet area within 20 minutes walk to Wokingham Train Station and also Wokingham Town Centre. On the other hand, my home is within a few minutes walk of the countryside. This room comes with a shared bathroom, comfortable lounge opening into good sized airy kitchen diner. I also have a good sized patio and enclosed garden. I am looking to rent the room out to a professional. I need a minimum of £150 deposit and preferably a months rent up front. However I am willing to discuss the rent being paid weekly in advance if you are paid weekly. 😄
