I'm a professional makeup artist and marketing exec looking for someone to move into the 2nd bedroom of my 2 bed flat.
I’m super easy-going, clean and tidy and have everything you'd need to feel at home straight away; TV (Netflix, Disney+ etc) comfy sofa, kitchen utilities and dining area - the only things you would need would be a bed (a double fits) and storage for your room.
I occasionally work from home, but travel throughout the week freelancing with makeup, so wouldn't be in eachother's pockets if you like your own space. I love the gym, walks and healthy eating, as well as going out for cocktails and bottomless brunches. Nothing beats a night in with a pizza though :)
