Hello, I live just outside of Ayton in a cottage, I have 1 room to rent, it’s currently furnished and I provide fresh bedding and towels weekly. I also hoover the room weekly.
I live in the property with my teenage daughter.
You can have use of the living room, dining room, kitchen, washer/dryer and bathroom.
If you would like you can have a separate fridge.
We have WiFi and the basic sky package.
I also keep chickens that roam freely outside and we have a dog and some cats.
