I also have a king size room with suite fully furnished with king size bed and bedding, side tables, lamps, drawers, cupboard, iron, hair dryer, kettle table and 2 chairs, lovely and clean.
These room are within my b&b in the quiet country setting of Oxton village near Lauder in the Scottish Borders. There is also a small village country pub with the building that we open at night for a few hours ,fully functioning kitchen and breakfast room.
I am looking to let these rooms to people who like a quiet life in the country.
There is a bus service that runs from the village to either Galashiels or Edinburgh.
