Cosy double in a friendly three bed apartment

Myself (Elliott) and Thibault are looking for a new housemate for this cosy double room from July 1st.

The room is furnished, so everything apart from the monitor in the pictures will be yours. The key details are:

Rent: £420 per month
Bills: a little over £100 a month
Deposit: £420

The flat itself has a really good amount of space for the location + price: there's a big kitchen area and beautiful living room which gets loads of natural sunlight in the evenings. We've also now got a widescreen TV with Amazon Prime + Netflix which isn't shown in the photos. The bathroom is shared between the three of us.

Location-wise, we're 5-10 minutes away from Gloucester Road and the new Ashley Down train station. There's also a #70 bus stop 60 seconds from our door.

Myself and Thibault have been living here for over three years and are respectful, quiet professionals with 9-5s (Thibault is an aerospace engineer and I am a copywriter). We like to do things together but also have plenty of time to do our own things, and we're ideally looking for someone who shares the same schedule. We're into a few different sports (football, padel, running, gym) but we're always down for a trip to the pub or film night.

Our current housemate will be moving out before 30th June, so we're looking to fast-ish, and will be starting viewings from Monday 16th.
