Room: available from August (as house is getting re rendered in July). new king size Ikea day bed in 1st floor large bright furnished room. Quiet as facing back of house away from street. Clothes rail & mirror and I can add a desk &/or set of drawers, if required. Black out blinds.

House: located close to buzzing shops & bars of North street & Harbourside.
Walking - Tesco 5mins, Parson st station 2mins, Temple Meads 30mins. Sharing with just myself as live in landlord. Potential to use home office on occasion. Whole house is newly decorated inc new fridge/cooker/washing machine. Sharing kitchen, bathroom, living areas with just me. There is only 1 bathroom located downstairs. Cute sun trap garden. On street free parking. If you’re a smoker, no smoking in house.

Me: 9-5er construction professional who enjoys fitness, getting outdoors and a peaceful clean home. I WFH 50% of the time, and am home most evenings. I like my own space but equally a chat or evening walk is nice.

You: professional with similar work schedule & clean & tidy. Must be considerate & responsible :) No couples or friends staying the night. Would suit city type worker.

Arrangement: price inc all bills inc wifi. Mon-Fri stay, max 4 nights p/w (open to 5th Sunday night stay). I can provide bedding & towels, if desired. Personal items must be removed from room over weekend, however can store essentials in office. Lodger arrangement, so might not be suitable for someone looking for long term.
