Furnished double room in friendly houseshare

Furnished double room for rent (£560 pcm + bills) in a spacious house that's furnished to high standard about 10 minutes from the lower end of North street (lots of bars and restaurants) and five minutes or so to Victoria park. It's also a 25 minute walk into the centre.

It has a living room and dining room along with two toilets, a decent sized kitchen and a raised terrace/patio at the back that's great in the summer!

At the moment there's three of us. There's me, my girlfriend Zosia and Helen who's lived here for several years.. We're friendly, clean and like socialising, going to the pub, restaurants etc. but also doing our own things too. Zosia and Helen work 9-5 whereas I'm a chef so am often not around but In terms of interests - I like playing and watch sports, cooking (obviously!), learning languages and everyone enjoys going out and having fun, watching films etc. - pretty usual stuff!

In terms of a housemate/tenant, I'm really just looking for someone who'll get on with the rest us reasonably well, will be fairly clean and I can trust not to destroy the place when I'm not here!
