Room near Gloucester Road with friendly housemate

Hi, my name is Catherine! :)

I'm looking to rent out my spare room for roughly 1 night per week (£50 per night when you stay). Open to more nights if you need it now & again. Trying to rent it out almost like an Airbnb, but to one regular person who needs it for work.

The flat itself is relatively small and I'm keen to have the room back at the weekend for friends / family to stay over. This would probably suit someone looking to have somewhere to stay whilst they commuted into Bristol to work from the office a couple of days a week. The flat is a 25/30 min walk to center. Free parking on road outside.

A bit about me, I work in engineering and have lived in Bristol for the past 3 years now. I love all things outdoors (swimming, cycling, running). I also took up ballroom dancing last year - although I'm not sure I'm any good at it haha! I also paint & like to cook / have people over (although more weekends than mid-week). Looking for someone sociable who wouldn't mind chatting in the kitchen together. Also keen to keep the flat clean, it's relatively small, so would be looking for someone who is respectful of that.

All furniture / cooking equipment & bedding supplied.
