Double room in friendly postgrad student house

Furnished double bedroom in friendly postgrad student house share.

Shared bathroom between 3, and shared kitchen/living area with a lovely view of Gloucester Road. Bills not included, these come to around £50 a month. We also have free street parking and access to a bike shed. UoB is a 25 minute walk or 10 minute cycle away, and St Nick’s market is a 35 minute walk or 10 minute cycle.

We’re a house of PhD students (3 girls and 1 guy) working in different departments at UoB/UWE. We’re all clean, friendly and sociable, but respect each other’s space and have our own lives. We’re into films, running, crafts, gigs, and trying new restaurants :)

We currently have a couple living in one room, so rent will be slightly cheaper until May (£480) when one person in the couple will move out
