Large Double with Private Lounge

Hi

My partner and I are going on a sabbatical for ~3-4 Months, we're renting the room to cover some of the cost!

THE ROOM
The room is a converted lounge-dinner so is a bedroom with adjoined lounge area (private).
It's perfect for couples that want the benefits of a shared house but still want some space to themselves.

The room/rooms have laminate floor throughout, a window at one end, and a double patio door that opens out to the rear patio garden - so there's plenty of light.

Bedroom area: Kingsize Bed, Wardrobe, Bedside Table, 2x Ikea Malm 4-draws units.
Lounge Area: 8 Cube Kallax unit, Sofa, Side table.

Plenty of sockets (7 double sockets) and two radiators....nice and cosy :)

THE HOUSE
The house has a shared lounge-dinner with TV etc.
A shared kitchen - obviously which is pretty well equipped (2fridges + 1 freezer).
And a shared bathroom.

The washing machine and tumble dryer are kept in the shed (to prevent noise issues) along with a second freezer (for those that like bulk cooking!!).
We have a cleaner once a week for 3 hours. She’s really good and actually lovely as a person. We really trust her.

Council Tax Band B (apparently I legally have to say this??)

THE HOUSEMATES
Two lodgers, both professionals - Alan (Personal Trainer) and Nikita (Just graduated Masters). Both are friendly and hang out/cook together occasionally :)

THE AREA
Basic residential area. Nothing too exciting but there’s also no trouble. No thieves nor problems since we’ve been here.
You can be on the M5 in 4-5mins but not close enough for any noise.
Foxes in the back garden most days of the week (if you keep your eyes open)

Filton BAE Industrial Estate (7 min drive/15 min cycle, or rush-hour ~13 min drive)
