1 bed flat in Henbury

Hello,

We need someone to take over our flat from the 1st of November as we have been accepted for a house outside the city.

The flat is located near Stax in Henbury. Approximately 5-7 minute walk to the no1 bus stop into the city. 10 minute drive from Cribbs Causeway 30ish minutes on the bus. Aldi, Co-op approx 10 minute walk.

About the flat

1 bedroom flat with 1 bathroom. Unfurnished. Living room and kitchen in one space. Kitchen equipped with built-in fridge and dishwasher. Flat comes with washing machine also. There is also underground secure parking, accessible only to those who live here.

The flat is rented from a private property management company that own a couple blocks of flats around the country. They are barely around, so you get lots of privacy, but respond quickly to any repairs that need doing.

We are bound in a contract until February but if we can find a tenant that can move in around the 1st of November they will let us out of the contract.

The rent is £1100/month not inclusive of bills. For us, as a couple bills came to approximately £250-£280 a month.
