Easy-going housemate wanted - Brislington

I'm an easy-going female with a kingsize room in my Victorian terraced house in Brislington available on a short-term basis. The room is £95/week and is furnished (bedding not provided) with shared bathroom, lounge, dining room, garden and kitchen with all mod cons. There's wireless internet access and all bills are included apart from landline phone calls. The house is on a quiet residential street with on-street parking and a big Sainsbury's at the end of the road plus local shops nearby, several bus stops within easy walking distance with frequent buses into the city centre, easy access to the motorway and 15 minute walk to Boca Bar at the Paintworks. I'm looking for similar easy-going professional females aged 30-45. References required, a months deposit and rent payable monthly in advance (both can be negotiated depending on length of stay).
