Double bedroom available in a light and spacious home. Use of kitchen (incl dishwasher & washing machine), dining room, living room with open fire, TV and garden to be shared with the owner. Wifi available. Towels and bedding provided if required.

Very safe and quiet area close to shops & cafes on Sandy Park Road, Sainsbury's and Boca Bar. Plenty of on-street parking, secure (indoor) bike storage, close to bus stops.

You'll be sharing with me, the owner, and Ted the cat. I'm currently a manager for a small charity but will be starting a full time Masters in September. Ted is a skittish but good natured cat - once he's got to know you he's very affectionate. The house is clean and tidy and generally pretty quiet. My partner Simon, will be around at times; He works in film and TV, but that can take him out of the area for months at a time. We're friendly and sociable but our partying days are long over!

The room is available until summer 2018, and I'm ideally looking for one person to take it for the duration. There may be the option to extend this but I can't guarantee this.

We're looking for a sociable and respectful tenant who'll enjoy making their home here for a while. We think the perfect tenant is likely to be over 30, but that's more to do with attitude than age!
