Room
This is a fully furnished smaller double bedroom. You will be sharing a bathroom with only one other person. Rent is £575pcm and includes all bills, regular cleaner and fibre broadband.

Please note that each room in this house is only available to one person, and not to a couple, due to the nature of South Gloucester Council property licensing.

The housemates
You will be sharing with other young professionals who work locally (all female). Once you move in, there will be a total of 5 housemates who are easily accommodated in this spacious home. The house is very much a home and is kept to a good standard.

The house
The house is smart and spacious. The communal kitchen diner is fully equipped and has dishwasher, microwave and two fridge freezers. The utility room provides a washing machine and tumble dryer (both for use at no additional charge). In addition, there is a communal lounge with flat screen TV.
