I have single size room for rent in my lovely house in Whitchurch (I live there myself with my son age 16 so I will be a live-in landlord for you), we also have 1 woman - working professional -sharing the house with us.
Rooms are furnished and all bills are included (no extra charges).
All rooms are fully furnished, all done to a high Airbnb standards including all bathrooms and the rest of the house
Available for long or short stay (minimum 4 months)- viewings in person or WhatsApp videos available now
House is quite big so everyone has own space, kitchen is large enough to provide plenty of space for cooking. we like peace and quiet, keeping the house clean as well to maintain a good relaxing surroundings to feel happy in. If that sounds like you then please drop me a message.
We are all doing our own things and working so you will be left to enjoy your space just like you would in any other house share. I work from home and also away (every week is different), I am in my early 40- enjoy my work, watching tv, reading and peace and quiet (because my work is hectic) and my son follows his school, gym and games
No small kids in the house (only 2 little dogs and 1 old cat)- house is very quiet all day and night (great if you have to sleep after night shift or need to study in peace)
We have 2 separate bathrooms (2 rooms per bathroom only) and also extra separate WC toilet downstairs.
Location is great! Close to shops (big tesco and lidl 5min in a car) and 14min car journey to the City centre. Also 2 buses available on my road going to town. Parking on the road. Small green park around the corner.
We have 2 small and very friendly dogs (pugs-they love every human being !) and an older cat age 14 so animal lover is a must :-) dogs live downstairs in the kitchen and don’t go upstairs.
