Hi, I’m Jamie, a self-employed fencer, and I have a bright, comfortable room available in a friendly house share.

The room overlooks the garden and gets plenty of natural light. The house is generally relaxed and easy-going rather than a party house. Everyone respects each other’s space, and we’re looking for someone who’ll treat the house as a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

The room is available immediately and comes with access to all communal areas, including a large garden and shared living spaces.

You’ll be living with me and a small number of housemates. The house is also home to two friendly dogs, a cat and two guinea pigs, so you’ll need to be comfortable around animals.

The house is in Staple Hill, with Tesco, independent shops, cafés, takeaways and pubs all within walking distance. Page Park is just a few minutes away, and there are good transport links into Bristol.

I’m looking for a tidy, respectful working professional who is happy living in a shared home environment.
