Please note: the flat has no access to any reserved parking although it may be possible for you to rent a space from one of the other flats in the block (under a private arrangement). There are two lockable bike storage units in the building

We pay the service charge and ground rent. We live locally and fully manage the property ourselves.

The tenant pays the balance of the costs associated with the flat. We have not seen the bills but the current tenant tells us that he pays the following: electricity - approximately £100 per calendar month; water - £25 pcm; council tax (Band A with a 25% single person discount) and broadband/wifi - £25 pcm.
