I'm a living-in landlord looking for a lodger. The room is available maximum till the end of May.

It's a spacious double bedroom in quiet and tidy flat. Furnished with king size bed, large wardrobe, bed side table and shelf unit. Shared good size living room, bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The flat is located on the ground floor in a quiet neighborhood
There is few on street parking spaces.

Few minutes walk to the bus stop nr 1, 2 and 76 going to city center and Cribbs Causeway. Close to local shops like Aldi, Tesco Express and Iceland.

No smoking in the property.
All bills included.

I'm looking for responsible and respectful individual, someone who is tidy, caring for cleanliness and considerate in sharing space. It's not a party house.

Please note that the room is suitable for single occupancy and working professionals. Unfortunately is not suitable for couples or students.

I'm a professional, working shifts including some weekends. I like spending my time active but also staying at home with a book, depending on the weather. I enjoy relaxed atmosphere but also value my own space and independence.
