This is a spacious two bed and two bath flat in Bristol city centre.

Your room would be a double bedroom which is furnished with a double bed and cupboard space. You would have your own bathroom (not an en-suite but across the hall).

The flat has a spacious kitchen with all the relevant amenities, including a gas hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, washing machine, oven, kettle and toaster.

There is a large furnished living/dining room with sofas, and dining table.

There is a spacious hallway, small storage cupboard and a balcony that looks over the city.

No bills are included and would be extra on top of the rent.

You would be sharing with me. I enjoy socialising as well as spending time relaxing in the flat. I love a night in and enjoy cooking. I am vegetarian so would be looking for a veggie flatmate! I take great care of the flat and enjoy living in a clean place. I would be looking for someone who is also very clean that does their share in maintaining the place.
