Furnished room in friendly quiet house

A nice, bright double room in a quiet house available from September.

I'm looking for a Monday-Friday lodger who preferably doesn't work from home but I am open to all week stays for shorter term lodgings!

The room comes with a king size bed, an inbuilt cupboard with a rail and smaller 3 drawer unit, a small bedside bookshelf, bedside table and a chest of drawers.

I am a friendly 37/F professional and live on my own. I work from home in the third bedroom. I'm very happy to socialise but also respectful of personal space.

I have a 9 year old cat, Doja, who is timid but very sweet. Unfortunately I won't consider other pets because she is a nervous cat.

It's a 15/20 minute walk to North Street where there are lots of nice independent shops, cafes and pubs, and a 30 and 45 minute walk to Wapping Wharf and Park Street respectively. There are easy bus connections to Bristol Centre and Stokes Croft as well as Parson Street station which goes to Bristol Temple Meads, Easton, Clifton and Cardiff.

There is free street parking available, usually I am able to get a spot outside the house but if not there are generally spaces a few houses down.

Living spaces and bathroom are all shared!

Bills are included in the rent.
