Double room in a lovely Clifton houseshare

One double room available in a spacious Clifton flat, with a good sized kitchen and living room. Rooms come furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a bedside table.

The flat is currently occupied by myself (Harry), Claire and Effie. Devastatingly, my lovely housemates are moving on to live with friends and for a new job! I’m working for a tech company while finishing a postgrad past time and normally work from home a couple of days a week.

I’m fairly busy but am often around a few evenings a week and it’d be lovely to have a wholesome flat where we can catch up, watch tv or play some games. Weekends are usually spent going for adventures, having coffee/drinks, or playing sports (padel, hiking and cycling)

The flat is 5 minutes from Clifton Down station, a big Sainsbury's, and loads of cafes/restaurants and pubs on Whiteladies Road! Clifton Village is also just a 10 minute walk away, and the town centre is a 20 minute walk down Park Street. There is a small shared garden at the front of the house, and the Downs are just up the road!

Generally looking for someone with a similar vibe who would fit in with the atmosphere of the flat! The flat is kept relatively tidy, and we all chip in with bins, cleaning etc. If you're interested, feel free to drop us a message with any questions and tell us about yourself!
