My names Jack, I’m a 32 year old professional and I’ve recently bought a 2 bed flat in Paintworks, which is a really nice / modern new build.
I’m looking for a house mate to share the space with Monday - Friday, I’ve decorated the whole flat including the spare room, so there is a bed, storage unit and bedside table for whoever moves in to use. The living space and bathroom will be shared, I also have a 2 year old Italian greyhound so you must like dogs and be comfortable living with one.
The flat is situated on Bath road, which is a 10 minute walk from temple meads and it has brilliant bus links to everywhere in Bristol and Bath.
I will be working from home during the week so I’m ideally looking for someone that has a 9 - 5 where they will be working in the office.
