Double room close to City Centre on Bus Routes

Bright double room on the first floor in a shared house. The room has its own bathroom across the landing and all the other rooms have an En Suite bathroom. The bathroom has a bath. Each room has its own fridge in the kitchen/dining area. A single person generally occupies this room, but it could also work for a couple for an extra £75 a month. All bills included — (licenced HMO). The whole house was recently renovated and freshly painted. Close to the main bus routes, St George's park, Aldi, Tesco and all the joys of Church Road. There are two tumble dryers and two washing machines, so there is no fighting over laundry. Plus, it gives us time to fix a machine if something goes wrong without losing the ability to put a wash on. There is currently a weekly cleaner that cleans the shared areas. There is a small garden area behind the kitchen that smokers can use.
