We are looking for someone (ideally a woman) to join us in our 3 bedroom house in St Phillips starting June 2025! You will be sharing on the top floor with two other housemates.

We’d like to live with someone kind, considerate, and queer-friendly who is willing to respect house norms and quiet hours at night, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to making our home a comfortable and fun place to live! We share all our common space furniture, cooking and dining equipment, and a few basic cleaning supplies + pantry staples (spices, mostly), but otherwise operate on our own schedules for individual cooking and daily milling about. We are excited to meet you and welcome you into our home! :)

Details:
- Rent is £425pcm + bills.
- Security deposit is £425

- Utilities:
- Council tax is £172 a month (Band A)
- Water is £50 a month
- Gas and electricity is £82 a month
- Wifi is around £37

Add that up and divide by three housemates, each of us pays ~£120/month for utilities!

Our lease operates on a month-to-month basis, but ideally you are looking to stay for a year or longer.
Move-in: 5th July 2025 at the latest

About the house:
You will share a downstairs shower and bath with us
Washer/dryer included
There are raised beds we can use for gardening.
No pets allowed :'(
You can decorate your room with paint, and add wall fixtures.
Walking distance to Sainsbury's and Lidl.
Short walk away from buses including 8 bus to Clifton, and close public libraries.

We each have weekly chores for the communal areas and bins, and we also ask that you participate do your part to maintain the cleanliness of our shared spaces!

I'd describe our house as friendly but not obligatorily social. In other words, we won't take offense if you don't want to have a lengthy conversation every time we're in the same room!

Your housemates would be:
Jannel: 24 y/o, amateur blogger, casual runner, pastry enjoyer, foundation year engineering student at University of Bristol! (starting september.)

Liam: 34 y/o, working in a cinema, avid film watcher, guitar player.

Please tell us about:
1) your hobbies, philosophies, idiosyncrasies, personality type, hopes and dreams, anything that you think would help us get a sense of who you are.
3) what you do for work and what is your work routine? (in-person, hybrid, fully remote)
2) beyond the basics (respectful, tidy) what's your ideal housemate relationship? Anything you're excited (or not excited) to do together as a house?
4) Are there any individuals (family, friend, romantic, other relationships) you foresee bringing into the space often (more than once a week, especially overnight)?
dw, we like guests!! this question is just a curiosity.

optional: links to places you exist on the internet ~ twitter, fb, linkedin, personal website.
