The flat has 10 foot ceilings and large Georgian windows bringing in lots of natural light. We are on the 1st floor and access is via a metal staircase external to the property.

15-minute walk to Whiteladies Road and an easy drive into town or up to the M5 for commuting. The kitchen and lounge are fully furnished.

The property is rented from a private landlady. Council tax band D (£70pm each). Rent excludes bills, water and internet (£70pm each).

You would be moving into a flat with 2 friends:

Jack: 25-year-old mechanical engineer who works from home most of the time. Loves music, cooking good grub and a good film. Up for a bit of yoga, board game or a day festival.

Max: 25-year-old engineer who works from home 2 days a week and does the rest in the office. Big into sport, padel, running, hiking. Up for the pub, a night out or a board game.
