Our road, a quiet side street off Church Road BS5 that becomes Oldmarket Road, is conveniently located between the bus stops going in both directions, into and coming out of town and we are located before the fountain fork so both busses going to the city center from and to Kingswood and those going to the city center from and to Hanham pass our stops which means we have among the most frequent bus services available in Bristol city today.

Excellent links and quick access to the centre of town, even on foot, including via one of the few 24 hour busses in Bristol city in trendy Redfield, with many new restaurants and cafés, a main Tesco and Aldi and much more including a local Co-Op a stone's throw away.

Also there's the lovely Victorian St. George park on the one side and Avonview on the other so we are situated between two green areas.

We have a decent sized kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, large microwave, large American style fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle etc. and plenty of storage cupboards.

The living room has a large wall mounted flat screen TV, a lovely new sofa and there is a separate dining room all newly renovated and carpeted and a newly renovated bathroom. [New fully fitted additional shower room should be ready by Christmas]

There is garden access and I plan to update and fully patio the garden next year with some new furniture and planters.

Safety: Bedroom doors are 1 hour fire check and there is a hard wired fire alarm system across the whole house and in every bedroom with battery backups. There's fire safety equipment in the kitchen.

All common areas will be professionally cleaned weekly.

I'm looking preferably for respectful, clean, professional lodgers. FYI I was Born in England, my parents are Greek.
