Double room in 4 bed house behind Park Street

We are a group of 3 professionals looking to fill one more room in a lovely house just behind park street. Previously was used as an airbnb and is now being rented to us on a 1 year contract until at least October, with the option to us for a year's extension.

The room available comes with a double bed, modern furnishing, and access to a private balcony. In our house you can enjoy an open plan kitchen/living area, two large balconies with views of Wills Memorial Building and Bristol Cathedral, and direct access to the centre of Bristol.

We all work together in the centre, working from home maybe half of the week. We enjoy going to the gym, a trip to the pub, and we are also all hobby musicians :).

There are 4 bedrooms in total, as well as 3 bathrooms (2 bathrooms are shared between 3 of the rooms).

The house has solar panels so electricity bills are very low, Wifi is £7.50 per month and water around £10. There is a garage in which to keep a bike and a super roof terrace.
