Spacious Flat share in St George

I have recently purchased and moved into this house and am looking for a house mate to join me. The property has a large living room and a separate spacious dining room, and a reasonable sized kitchen. Plenty of bike storage, and a great outdoor terrace space. Hoping for someone reasonably sociable and outdoorsy but not a deal breaker(keen for it to be a mates relationship more than a landlord- tenant relationship - I like to think I’m fairly easy going). The property lends itself to some great work from home spaces. Your room is garden facing so not over the main road. It has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as potential for wfh desk. There is good access to the centre via the bus which goes from just outside the property. I am also near st George park and troopers hill which both offer great outdoors spaces, as well as a decent local pub with beer garden, pool and darts. Bills included.
A little bit about me. I am 29, and have always lived in bristol. I love any and all sport, and love exploring the outdoors, hiking and cycling. I am an engineer and work in the office 4 days a week. I’m very sociable, always up for a couple of drinks but nothing crazy. Hoping for a sociable and relaxed atmosphere at home as I do also enjoy my own time.
