Looking for someone to replace my current housemate who is moving back home. It is an unfurnished double bedroom in a two bed end of terrace house. Situated on a quiet road in St. Anne's, a 10 minute drive from the city center.

Great location, walking distance to Church Road, with a corner shop, a bus stop to the city center and a pub within a two minute walk. There is on street parking with no permits required.
The house has a good sized kitchen with a dining area with double doors that open out onto a low maintenence garden.
There are two downstairs lounges, one of which contains a log burning fire and is currently being used for storage. This could be used a private lounge with the potential for you to furnish it how you wish.
Unfortunately we have been dealing with a damp issue in the front lounge, however the landlord is aware and is working with us to rectify and the lounge is still useable in the meantime.
There is a sizeable upstairs bathroom with a bath and shower combo.
There is also plenty of storage areas, both upstairs and down.

I am happy to socialise, however my job involves shift work; working ever other weekend and sometimes sleeping at work therefore there will frequent times when you have the house to yourself.

Our current tenancy ends on the 27th of October and I would be looking to commence a new one for another 12 months.
