Beautifully lit front room (shared) with 55inch TV and sky broadband/TV (included in bills). Spacious Kitchen with all the normal amenities including dishwasher, airfryer etc... Great space for entertaining or chilling.

As there is only the 2 of us! im looking for a flatmate who wants to be sociable as well as a flatmate.

About me: Im a young 35yo and I am in recruitment, I love socialising, travelling and im a big sports fan. Play poker in my spare time and also go to the gym/swimming alongside the normal seeing friends, going out, and just general chilling. Love my music/gigs & festivals but then enjoy a quality beer garden/pub over a club now lol

Fairly open to who moves in as I get on with and can accomodate to most but hopefully looking for someone who is keen on occasional night ins/outs including pub visits/eat out trips/movie night ins etcc.. I do also like my alone time too so I also know when to respect someone's space.

Rent is £675 and all bills (including council tax etc..) comes to around £150 (ish)
