Hey! We’ve got a fully furnished double room available from 1st of May in our friendly houseshare.

The House:

• 10 mins to city centre by car / 20 mins on the 43, 75 or 76 bus
• 11 min walk to Parson St Station, easy access to Temple Meads & the airport
• Big living room (65” TV, Netflix, Now TV, Prime)
• Fully equipped kitchen with dining table, air fryer, dishwasher + 50” TV
• Garden with pergola, BBQ, bike shed + (very cold!) ice bath
• Fast fibre WiFi, washer + dryer
• Shared bathroom + extra toilet (you’ll share with 2 others)
• Driveway parking available

Housemates:
Three sociable guys (mid-20s to early 30s) working in sales, aviation + cabin crew. We’re easy-going, keep the place clean, and hang out in the evenings from time to time. Interests include gym, sport, hiking, festivals, and the odd rave. Not a party house!

The Room:
• Double bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers
• £700 per month – all bills included
• Deposit: 1 month’s rent

Other Info:
• Minimum stay: 6 months preferred (shorter considered)
• Cleaning rota, no shoes indoors
• Sphynx cat (Cairo!) lives here – super friendly + hypoallergenic
