Double room available for student in Clifton

Hey,

I'm looking for someone to take over the remainder of my fixed term tenancy is a flat share of 7. The room is available 1st March 2025 and the tenancy runs until the 30th June 2025.

The room comes furnished with: a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers and desk with chair.

Requirements:
• Must be a full time student
• Have a UK homeowner as a guarantor

Rent is £725 per month, no bills included. Deposit of £725 is also required.

The flat consists of 7 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with bath + shower + toilet, 1 kitchen communal area with a hob, oven, 2 fridge freezers, 2 sofas, TV.

The estate agents require an upfront fee of £95 to cover the costs of tenant changeover, if you are serious about the room I am willing to cover this cost.
