Hi, I’m Pranay – I’m 26 and a young professional working in Bristol city centre. I’ve got two lovely rooms available in my home which I’m looking to share with like-minded people who I get on with.

The house is in Knowle – it takes me just 12 minutes to cycle into Bristol centre, so it’s ideal if you work or study in town but want a bit more space and comfort at home.

🛋️ Cosy living room with a 55” TV (Sky Sports + Netflix included)
🚗 Driveway parking for 3 cars
🛠️ Garage with power and lighting – can be used as a home office or creative space

🛏️ The rooms:
Large double room – £700/month (pictured)
Single room – £600/month (currently being renovated but will be bright and comfortable)
📦 All bills included – fast Wi-Fi, council tax, utilities, plus Netflix and Sky Sports.

👋 A bit more about me:
As I mentioned, I’m Pranay – pretty laid back and sociable. I like to stay active (running, boxing, gym), love to cook and host, and I’m always up for a pub trip or chilled evening in. I split my time between working from home and going into the office, and I’d love to live with people who enjoy a good balance of socialising and downtime.

👀 What I’m looking for:
Clean and respectful – someone who looks after the space and keeps things tidy.
Sociable and easygoing – I enjoy a good chat and a friendly vibe around the house.
Ideally a young professional, with a similar work setup and interests.

📅 Move-in & Viewings:
Move-in date is flexible, but sooner is better. I’m ideally looking for someone who’s planning to stay at least 3 months.
