A friendly, reliable, dog-loving professional woman is sought to take on a unique living setup in one of Bristol's most desirable and well-connected pockets of the city.

Available Monday to Friday (minimum 3-month stay).

🛏️ Your Own Space
Bedroom 1 – A comfortable double room with room for a desk.

Bedroom 2 (Lounge) – A private lounge with a sofa, your own quiet spot to unwind after a long day.

🚿 Bathroom
The main bathroom is yours to use, as the owner doesn't use it themselves. Occasionally, if the owner has a visitor, they may need brief access.

🍽️ Kitchen & Facilities
Full use of the kitchen is included for all your cooking needs.

Please note:
🚫 No pets (though a love of dogs is very welcome!)
🚭 No smokers
🚙 No parking on site, but Clifton Down train station, Whiteladies Road, and great bus routes are all close by, ideal for getting around Bristol with ease.

You'll be moments from cafés, shops, and green open spaces, with Clifton Down and Whiteladies Road right on your doorstep. It's a safe, lively neighbourhood that suits professionals looking for both charm and convenience.

🤝 A Few Key Points
This isn't an Airbnb or short-term stay setup, we're after someone professional who keeps a steady routine.

You'll need to be working outside the home (no full-time WFH, though hybrid is fine).

Stay any number of nights across Monday to Friday.
