We are renting our cottage in Redland for 7 weeks whilst we are away. No splitting with an additional tenant, this is for a single tenant ( or a couple renting together is fine) looking to rent entirety.
Includes: living room, kitchen, dining area, 1 bathroom, ONE bedroom and an office. Also includes large garden and private off street parking.
Ideally looking for a professional who can be here for the entire 7 week duration. 1500 for July and 875 for August.
All utilities included, we just ask that you water the garden a couple times a week.
