A cracking house in St George with the lively Orchard cafe and a “Tesco local” a few minutes away. A short walk further down is the beautiful St Georges Park with tennis courts, skate park and a lake which is very popular throughout the year.

In the heart of Redfield you will find an Aldi and Tesco supermarket. The amazing "Loaf" bakery and the "Crafty Egg Cafe" there are also other great restaurants / bars / music venues including the awesome pizza venue "Red Church".

The room available is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house has a great kitchen / diner to catch up with housemates and a lovely upstairs bathroom. Conveniently there is side access to the house for bikes if required leading to a lovely sun trap garden.

I am looking for a male professional to join one two females and one other male.

All bills included plus a cleaner every 2 weeks.
