There is a lovely sitting room to catch up with housemates, a lovely kitchen with a separate utility room and a separate shower room. There is bike storage under the stairs and and another modern bathroom on the first floor. It’s a lovely house in a perfect quiet location.

Redfield itself is amazing with “Loaf” bakery and “Crafty Egg” cafes just around the corner. There is a Tesco and Aldi for all shopping needs some great restaurants and some lively pubs / music venues. The hidden gem has to be St George’s park just a short walk away with a lake, tennis courts and a chance to get away from it all.

I am looking for a female professional tenant to join 3 male and 1 female professionals to give a good balance to the house. There is a cleaner every 2 weeks with all bills included. 1 months rent required for deposit
