The cottage is located within hanham and avon valley woodlands on the river avon and benefits from being on a cycle path which takes you straight into bristol and also within 20 minutes walking distance to 2 riverside pubs .

All the bedrooms are furnished with two of the rooms looking over the river.

The kitchen diner comes fully equipped with all your cutlery , crockery ,kettle , microwave and toaster etc and with your aga rayburn for the cooking.
It also has a large fridge freezer and intergrated dishwasher and washing machine.
