This is a spacious top floor room (4.2m x 4.2m) in a 3 story house, with views from the bedroom to Clifton and from the lounge of the Cumberland Basin harbour, boats going by etc. This is a harbourside house with all the local amenities and easy access to North Street, The Centre and Clifton.

The room is recently carpeted and painted but I have not furnished yet as waiting to hear the right persons needs, I can accommodate these. There is an extensive attic space adjacent to the room for your storage, meaning that the top floor would be all yours. There is a low maintenance yard with plants, lights and BBQ for enjoyment, and of course the whole of the harbour to explore for the outdoors.

There are 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen which we would share and a garage used for bikes and renovation projects currently, so there is the option of additional workshop space if this is your thing.

I am a Bristol professional, enjoy the Bristol life, work in Clifton My passions are being outdoors, campervanning, rowing and the harbour, DIY, film watching, I wish I went to more gigs! I am often away at weekends so am looking for someone who will also enjoy having the space to themselves, as well as sharing the company.

There is easy access to the M5, on street parking is a plenty but comes with a Bristol city council fee. Smoking is OK in the garden/yard.
