We have a bright single room available in a friendly shared house in Bristol, available from the 21st of this month (potentially sooner). Tenancy is until June.

The room comes with a mattress and chest of drawers. There’s good usable space for a single room and flexibility to add additional storage if needed.

You’ll be living with three men, all working professionals / part-time students. We’re quiet, clean, and respectful, and the house has a relaxed, easygoing vibe.

⚠️ Not suitable for full-time students. Part-time / postgraduate (e. g. Master’s) students are fine.

• Two bathrooms
• Top-floor rooms share the ground-floor bathroom
• You’d share the larger lower-ground-floor bathroom with one housemate
• Spacious kitchen
• Very fast Wi-Fi
• Small balcony overlooking the garden
• Separate laundry room (also used for bike storage and a small workshop)

• 4 bus routes into the city
• Parson Street train station very close by
• Plenty of Dott scooter parking nearby
