My name is Kate and I'm looking to rent the spare room in my flat for up to 6 months.
I usually work from the office, but every now and again from home, and I sometimes look after my mums dog so would need to be ok with occasional animal visits! I enjoy going to national trusts, on walks, playing board games and travelling abroad, or just popping to the pub.
The flat is on the ground floor, a 1 minute walk from the river. The location is really handy as you come out straight on the portway, and can walk to the countryside in about 15 minutes, or head the other direction into town. Clifton is about a 10 minute walk (uphill!), and there are lots of places to eat nearby.
There is residential permit parking you can buy if you have a car.
