I am a UWE graduate and looking to share my home with friendly, considerate people who are respectful and tidy.

Current rooms

 Two double rooms and two single rooms available for single occupancy. The rooms are light and spacious and have been fully refurbished recently. Bedding can be supplied or bring your own. Each room has a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

 Modern kitchen, with 2 fridge freezers, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils.

 Lounge with TV
 Modern shower room with toilet and double sinks, along with a separate toilet.
 Separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer

 Modern large detached house, fully double glazed, gas central heating
 Patio and enclosed rear garden
 Private secure off-road car parking, secure bicycle storage
 All rooms have High Speed Fibre Broadband with Wifi access
 All bills included (Council Tax, electric, gas, water, broadband, TV licence)

 In Knowle Park, Bristol just off the Wells Road.
 Well located in a quiet, green and leafy popular residential area of Knowle.
 A few minutes’ walk from local amenities like Redcatch Park, Morrisons Daily (just across the road), Tesco Express (0.5 miles – 12 mins walk), Tesco Extra (1 mile – 20 mins walk).
 A popular commuter area with swift access to the City Centre.
 Frequent bus transport to the City Centre (2 miles – 20 mins by bus), Temple Meads train station (1.5 miles – 10 mins by bus), University of Bristol (3 miles – 30 mins by bus) and
