This is Monday to Friday only. This would suit someone working in Bristol and going home at weekends so it not their main residence. There could be some flex on rent depending on how many nights you need per week. It’s that time again, my super lovely housemate has a new contract in Cornwall. After 2 years she leaves me with a fully furnished immaculate fitted bedroom so plenty of space to put your things. (She is happy to talk to you if you want to know how it’s been for her). Double bed with brand new memory foam mattress. It has TV with sky Q with Netflix in the room and hyperoptic broadband (so you can have you own space as I like mine too). The main bathroom with bath and shower is yours to use as I have an ensuite. Use of all facilities, washing machine & tumble dryer. Bills are included so all you need to buy is food. There is a 24 hour on site residents only gym. It’s 5 minutes walk from Temple Meads and 10 minutes from Cabot Circus, 15-20 from the BRI two mins from Sainsburys plus some nice little bars, coffee shops, restaurants and delis by the river should you wish to partake in a social beverage or 2! There is a secure bike store and easy access to the cycle track, lovely walks along the river and around the harbour. Parking at Gardener Haskins is included if needed. bedding/towels (I wash and change them)provided as are plates, kitchen utensils etc. All I ask is that you have a good sense of humour, laugh lots, are tidy (I do the cleaning) and you will get on with a small friendly mini poodle (non shedding hypoallergenic breed) we are going through remediation works on the building exterior so it doesn’t look pretty. It doesn’t effect anything internally and the only work 8-4pm so no noise etc.
