Double bedroom available near Temple Meads

The Room

I am looking for a lodger for the second double bedroom in my flat which is a 10 min walk from Temple meads train station. Monday to Friday would be preferable but full time is fine for a short term let. I like the flat to have a pretty tranquil vibe. I work full time for a property consultants in Bristol a lot of which I do from home.

The flat is in Temple Meads or St Philips to be exact, which is just behind the train station and not far from Old Market. It's very central and near to some really great pubs and restaurants.

It's a very secure building of about 30 flats set around a wooden decked communal area and the flat is on the second floor. There is no lift so you can get your steps in. It has a secure bike store and on-street resident parking for which I can get a permit if you are staying for 3 or more months.

The room is a cosy double and gets some great light throughout the day. It can be supplied furnished to your needs.

The flat its self overlooks the oldest Jewish graveyard in Bristol which serves as nature reserve to foxes and birds and wild flowers.

Internally there is a shared bathroom with great water pressure, a large lounge with a balcony and a separate kitchen/dining room.
