Single room and house for 4 month let

Single room available in a spacious 3bed house, furnished with bed, drawers and a big cupboard. All bills included.
I'm ooking to let out the single spare room for 4 months, during which time I will be away quite a lot and you'll be sharing with one other current lovely housemate.
The house has a very chill happy vibe and a lovely simple garden. Morrisons is only a 10 minute walk and Fishponds bus stops 5mins away on foot.
The room is available from the 18th of February to the end of June.
