Bright Double Room Mon-Thurs (3 nights)

I have a lovely double room to rent for professionals for 3 nights weekdays Mon-Thurs sharing with me, the owner, in my 2 bed Victorian terraced house. The house has all mod cons and has a lovely sunny patio garden. Situated on a quiet road overlooking a small park- there is plenty of on street parking.
My home is close to the city centre where I work and local amenities to the house include good bus routes into the city, the Bristol-Bath cycle path and there is an excellent local high street with bakers, greengrocers, super drug etc… a good gastro pub, restaurants and lounge bars. Nearby is Oldbury Court Estate if you are active and enjoy running/cycling - all are within walking distance.
I am close to Filton/Parkway Station/MOD/Abbey Wood/Airbus/Rolls Royce/M32/Frenchay/UWE and the ring road to Bath and Chippenham.
I am a female professional looking for someone similar to share, who is reliable, friendly, tidy and easy going, someone who needs their own space and likes a quiet household.
