Small double in kingswood available weekdays- short term or long term considered
The flat is next to a nice pub, about 10 mins walk to kingswood with plenty of shops and about 25 min walk from St george
The room is furnished with a bed (memory foam mattress), drawers, mirror and a clothes rail
As I already work from home, it would be better suited to someone who works out of the house, I work usual 9-5 hours
Would ideally like to live with someone female 30+ but this isn't necessarily a deal breaker, just looking for the right fit with someone who is clean and considerate. I often have friends over for dinner/drinks but it's not exactly a party house.
