Unfurnished Double Room in Kingswood

Unfurnished double ground floor room to rent in Kingswood. Sharing with myself and housemate Tim. We’re both in our late twenties and keep to ourselves a little bit throughout the week but enjoy hanging out especially in the garden during the summer and the occasional pub trip or games night.

The house is around 50 minutes to the city centre by bus, we also have the cycle path nearby and community farm at the end of our road. Free on street parking.

The room comes unfurnished but is the largest room in our house and easily fits a double bed wardrobe and desk. Bills come to around £135 a month on top of rent but varies slightly in the winter.

We also have a house cat Snowy so our new housemate would need to be happy with pets.
