Hi! I’m looking for two new housemates to join my home in Knowle Park for the longer term (ideally 12+ months).

I’m in my mid-30s, working in the office three days a week and otherwise pursuing a creative career/life. I’d love to create a relaxed, connected home where we share meals, look out for each other, and keep our space calm, clean, and well cared for.

This isn’t just a house share – it’s a home. I’m looking for people who’ll care for the home and the people in it.

About the House

Recently refreshed with a renovated shower room, redecorated hallway, porch and kitchen, and newly replaced windows.

Shared spaces include:

- Open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge
- Bathroom + separate shower room
- Garden with seating area
- Bike storage

Street parking (no permit required)

There’ll be three of us in total once both rooms are filled.

The Room – Small Double (£580 pcm)

A bright, cosy small double with room for a double bed and furniture. Unfurnished.

This room is one of two currently available – you’d be joining me (live-in owner) and another new housemate who’ll be moving into the larger double.

House Vibe

- Quiet hours 10:00pm – 7:00am
- Weekly cleaning rota
- Monthly house meeting
- We share meals where possible – not rigid, but part of the rhythm of the house
- Kindness, good communication, and care for shared spaces are key

- 4-minute walk to bus stops (91/92 – 15 mins to Temple Meads)
- Local shop 5 minutes walk away. Tesco Extra 5 min drive.
-10-minute walk to Air Decker for Bristol Airport

Details

- £580 pcm (bills included)
- £500 deposit
-All bills included: wifi, council tax, gas/electric, water, TV licence

- Small monthly contribution for communal essentials

- No students or couples

- No universal credit
