I have two double rooms and three single rooms in Knowle Park, Bristol, just off the Wells Road.

All rooms are for single occupancy in a modern detached house. The rooms and house are light and spacious and has been fully refurbished recently. Bedding can be supplied or bring your own.

All rooms have High Speed Fibre Broadband with Wifi access, and all bills are included (Council tax, electric, gas, water, broadband).

The property has a modern kitchen, with 2 fridge freezers, electric oven and hob, combi-microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a shared dining room and shared lounge with a TV. A modern shower room with toilet and double sinks, along with a separate toilet.

The property has gas central heating, is fully double glazed, and has a patio and enclosed garden to the rear with a Weber BBQ. There is private secure off-road car parking, along with secure bicycle storage.

As a shared house no smoking is allowed indoors.

Well located just off the Wells Road in a quiet, green and leafy popular residential area of Knowle. Just a few minutes walk from local amenities like Redcatch Park and Broadwalk Shopping Centre; Morrisons Daily (just across the road), Tesco Express (0.5 miles – 12mins walk), Tesco Extra (1 mile – 20mins walk).

The area is well served with bus transport to the City Centre (2 miles – 20mins by bus), Temple Meads train station (1.5 miles – 10mins by bus), University of Bristol (3 miles – 30mins by bus) and University of West of England (6 miles – 50mins by bus).
